HIRING PROCESS
Step 1 – Interview
After reviewing your resume, we will set up an interview with our human resources department. The purpose is to know each other. You can ask questions, see the office, have a coffee with us and make small talk.
Step 2 – Practical Test
We’ll give you a test related to the position you applied for. You can do it in your own time and pace and get back to us with the result.
Step 3 – Tech Lead Interview
We will get back to you with feedback for your test and then you will have an interview with our tech lead to discuss it and to discuss your experience.
Step 4 – Decision
No matter what our decision is we will get back to you. We are open to discuss in more details if you wish it.
